🏴‍☠️ There’s an Auction for That

I share tools to live an uncommon life. As a builder and Unconventional Entrepreneur, I’ve spent the last 25 years testing what works and cutting what doesn’t. This newsletter is where I share the real strategies, systems, and revenue streams that have created my uncommon life. If you’re building something of your own, you’re in the right place.

If you’re new here, I’m the auction guy you probably saw on Insta YouTube or X. You may have downloaded my Auction Starter Guide with the lists of all the auction sites and tips on getting started.

Thanks for being here Reader. Let's get right into it.

Globe Trotters full-sized portable basketball court

Outdoor sports pallets from Target

Appliances at 24 cents on the dollar from Costco

Star Wars action figures

Blackstone grills from ACE Hardware

FIFA Shirts – Double your money in two weeks

Auctions are fun! You never know what will turn up.

Case in point:

What can you do with this? If you have LMA money, anything you want!

No matter what you want to buy, for yourself or to resell, there’s an auction for that.

But what if you don’t have a lot of space and you want to ship the stuff you sell?

There’s an auction for that.

Classic Star Wars collectibles.

$16,317 that sold for $4,225

Can you make money with these? I have no idea. But what I do know is how to do the research that it takes to find out.

Are you ready to invest in yourself to make an extra $3-5k per month?

Is 5% of the Target retail price a good deal?

$114,791 bid to $5,026

You always have to do your own research. This auction will likely go higher, but it could be the deal of the summer for the right reseller.

Target has over 100 auctions listed today. No matter what category you want to buy, there’s an auction for that.

Appliances are one of those categories that I love. Why?

Big barrier to entry: heavy, takes up lots of space, and requires good problem-solving.

All of those barriers = less competition when buying.

Average cost of the Costco store price: $1,248

Average cost that is just sold at: $301 per unit.

This is easily a double-your-investment deal if you can blast through those barriers.

No matter what you are interested in reselling, there’s an auction for that.

Get started on the Costco Auction site.

Do you like Blackstone flat-top grills? Of course you do.

And, so do I.

You won’t be surprised when I tell you that there’s an auction for that.

Is this “Make an Offer” deal good at $2,800?

Even though my emotions want to buy this, my mind knows that I should buy with math.

And at that price, plus shipping, I know there’s not enough profit to make it worthwhile.

Expect to bid on 20+ auctions to win 2-3. That means you are buying with math, not emotion.

Before we wrap up, I want to share a story with you.

I shared this FIFI World Cup auction a few weeks ago on X (you should be following me there so you don’t miss these)

The shirts sold for $1.10 each (including shipping)

A couple of weeks later, I see one of our Reseller Mastermind members posting about selling them.

Ed is getting $10-15 each and he had just got an order for 1000 shirts!

But what got my attention what how involved his family was in reselling.

This is how you begin to create multi-generational wealth. Opening your kids’ brains to the idea that there are different ways to earn money.

Different ways to create an uncommon life.

And yes, there’s an auction for that!

It's been a great week for deals. If you're ready for the next step, we talk about these deals every single day in our $5 Reseller Mastermind. This newsletter is the sneak peak at the opportunities we share in the Mastermind.

Cheers to your success!
