This newsletter is where I share the real strategies, systems, and revenue streams that have created my uncommon life. If you’re building something of your own, you’re in the right place.

If you’re new here, I’m the auction guy you probably saw on Insta, YouTube or X. You may have downloaded my Auction Starter Guide with the lists of all the auction sites and tips on getting started.

Thanks for being here Reader. Let's get right into it.

The Costco No Bids List

  • $145,000 Tram - $7,000
  • $4,000 Cold / Heat Plunge - $450
  • $16,187 of Pressure Washers - $4,017
  • $27,525 Indoor / Outdoor Furniture - $2,175

A great place to start when looking at the Costco Auctions:

The No Bids list.

$4,110 selling for $100

$6,200 selling for $100

$21,190 selling for $1,000

Nobody’s bidding on them, and that’s the opportunity.

Costco isn't the only place this happens.

GSA Auctions (the federal government's surplus site) just closed on this: a 2010 diesel tram from Mesa Verde National Park. Cummins engine, runs under its own power, 11,000 miles, comes with the ADA passenger trailer.

Opening bid: $7,000.

Bids: zero.

Nobody wanted it because nobody knows what to do with a tram. But a tram isn't the product. The product is what someone else can do with it: a vineyard shuttle, a wedding venue, a small-town Christmas light tour, the "airport shuttle" for an airplane-themed Airbnb that would book out on the photo alone.

Now look at the status: "Reserve Not Met."

Most people read that and move on. They think the government wanted more and didn't get it, end of story.

That looks like a barrier, but it’s actually the opportunity.

When auctions close with the reserve not met, the highest bidder usually gets a call. Someone at the agency needs that tram gone by a date on a calendar, and they'd rather work a deal with the one person who showed interest than relist it and wait another month.

One bid at $7,000 gets you that phone call. Zero bids gets nobody the phone call.

Inventory others ignore can be a huge opportunity.

$4,000 Cold / Heat Plunge - $450

This is a Costco online order that couldn't be delivered. That’s your opportunity since it’s classified as a customer return. Cold plunges are hot!

$16,187 worth of Pressure Washers and More - $4,017 Landed

Pressure washers can be an incredible business. One of our Reseller Mastermind members has sold over 2,000 in the past year!

$27,525 Indoor / Outdoor Furniture - $2,175

This deal was purchased for 7.9% of the Costco price, plus shipping. I block out the freight cost because it shows the cost to my location in California. You would want to be close to Michigan to save on freight.

When I do my YouTube deep dive on these deals, you’ll get all the Details and the links.

$27,038 of Collectible Toys - $4,000

Collectibles can make you rich. With the right research and network, these small items can create an incredible and evergreen revenue stream.

I'm not linking the auctions here.

I walk through all of these, plus how I'd make the GSA call, on YouTube. Subscribe, and it's in this week's video.

I’ll see you there.

Cheers to your success!
