This newsletter is where I share the real strategies, systems, and revenue streams that have created my uncommon life. If you’re building something of your own, you’re in the right place.

If you’re new here, I’m the auction guy you probably saw on Insta, YouTube or X. You may have downloaded my Auction Starter Guide with the lists of all the auction sites and tips on getting started.

Thanks for being here Reader. Let's get right into it.

The greatest leverage in the world is not what you’ve been told.

It’s not real estate. Not debt. Not your network.

There are three powerful methods of leverage that can 10x your business and your life.

The good news?

This can be learned, and they won’t cost you money.

Let’s dig a little deeper.

The most potent form of leverage is a positive attitude, a quick smile, and the ability to lift people up so they can achieve more.

> Your attitude

You get to decide to be an optimist or a pessimist. Each day, it’s up to you.

Who do you think people want to be around? A positive or a negative person?

Learn to be an optimist, and you will instantly start attracting people.

Better friends. Better employees. Better customers. Better suppliers.

A few methods to become an optimist:

Practice gratitude. Change the word “Have” to “Get” in your vocabulary. Instead of “I have to…” it is “I get to…”

Reframe negative thoughts

When you catch yourself thinking negatively, pause and focus on a way to reframe the thought. “I’m not good at…” reframes to “I’m not experienced enough YET to be good at…

Surround yourself with positive people. This rubs off on you.

> Smile More

It sounds so easy. But if it doesn’t come naturally to you, start practicing.

Everyone is attracted to a big smile. Practice in the car, in the mirror whatever works for you.

> Lift up others.

Be the positive person in every group.

Always make positive comments when people share their thoughts, goals, and dreams.

Phrases like “That’s amazing,” “I’m super excited for you,” and “I know you will achieve this” are magic.

> Give out more compliments.

Especially to men. Men often don’t hear a compliment for months at a time. If you think it, say it.

That shirt looks great on you.” “Nice haircut!” “Look at the positive impact you are having…

These three habits — optimism, lifting others up, and generous words — have been the foundation of my success.

I’ll say it again: these are free! You may have to practice, but I guarantee they will help you in your personal and business lives.

Here’s the super-bonus: doing these things also makes you feel better about yourself. Don’t underestimate the power of training your moist-robot brain.

How do I know this is true?

Not only am I living proof, but I see it happening daily in our Reseller Mastermind. Not just about reselling but watching people change their thought processes and lifting others up.

One of our members, Teejay, wrote this a couple of days ago.

I've read it ten times:

…my entire life, fear and doubt have ruled me, but now I am fighting back, and I am excited, not about the money but more so about the belief in myself that I can!”

This hits me in the feels, big time. A huge payoff for creating a community full of people who lift each other up.

Have a great week and cheers to your inevitable success!

PS: You look great in that shirt!
