What you’re seeing in this image is a hidden gem. A Full Swing Golf Simulator with prices that start at $48,000.
This was owned by the city of Rochester, IL. Nobody cares that these photos look terrible and don’t represent the quality of the simulator. They just want it gone.
That is your opportunity.
$4,426 of Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas items for $900
Seasonal Arbitrage can make you rich. Now is the time to start watching holiday auctions. With some of these items, you can get them in time to sell now, holding the rest until next year.
$12,100 of New Furniture that just sold for $2,100.

Super specialized, but super valuable to the right buyer.
The key here is not to run out and buy a boat. It’s to understand the wide variety of items sold at government auctions.
Another West Coast deal at pennies on the dollar.
